How do I order from Redefined Furniture?

To order from Redefined Furniture, you simply need to find the product you would like to purchase, select all the relevant product options/finishes i.e. fabric colour or leg colour, ensuring you are happy with all selections. Then press the Add to basket button to proceed to the checkout and once your purchase and payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I pay?

We only accept many payment options which is all processed when you reach the checkout at the end of your purchase journey. All orders placed via our website must be paid in full before any delivery or collection can occur.

How long will my order take?

All products are different, this information is found on the Essential Information section on the product page but is a gauge especially if the product has been made to order for you.  

When will I receive my order?

We notify you with updates to keep in touch. The estimated time for delivery of the products is found on the individual product page. Your delivery will usually be scheduled Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, this excludes public holidays.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Additional charges will apply to Scottish Highlands, please contact us prior to your order for a personalised quote.

Can you deliver to any floor in my building?

We only deliver to the entrance of any building the delivery drivers will not carry any items upstairs, into rooms or even up a lift. Should you want a price for full install and set up you will need to contact us using our request a quote form

What happens if I have a problem with my order?

If there is any problem, you simply need to get back in touch within 24 hours. Please also ensure you take any photos and keep any evidence so we can sort this out direct with our manufacturing teams. You are responsible for all the risks and costs associated with returning the Goods.

Do you offer discounts?

We can offer discount for bulk purchases. If you contact us using our request a quote form with details of product including quantities and finishes required and we will tailor a quote just for you.

Do you price match?

Our prices are extremely competitive but if you find an exact product with the same finishes, we can certainly look into this for you, as we do scan prices on a daily basis.
